Join me on Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 AM once your little one is safely at school or creche. This Core & Pelvic Floor-conscious functional circuit is suitable for beginners too.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Postnatal Mum3X – 3-Step Postnatal Programme ๐Ÿ‘ถ

Embark on a 3-step programme dedicated to postnatal mums that will rebuild, restore, and revive your body. Each phase lasts 5 weeks, and the three consecutive phases build on each other. Babies are welcome!

Bond with your baby while building back your strength, surrounded by other mummies on Wednesday at 10:30 AM.
