This postnatal circuit training is carefully designed to support your recovery with:

Led by a multi-certified postnatal specialist Pilates teacher, these sessions are suitable for mums 6 weeks after vaginal delivery and 10 weeks after a C-section. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any postpartum exercise.
