Teen Pilates x Strength Fusion

This class has been thoughtfully designed for teenage girls who would benefit from a supportive, structured approach to movement.

During adolescence, the body goes through rapid changes. Strength, coordination and posture can all be affected — especially with long hours spent sitting at school or studying, and increased screen time.

This class provides a safe and positive space to support healthy movement during this stage.


What the class includes

Teen Pilates x Strength Fusion combines:

  • Pilates-based core and stability work

  • light strength training

  • mobility and coordination exercises

  • posture awareness and movement control

The focus is not on performance or pressure, but on helping each participant feel more comfortable, capable and confident in their body.


Who this class is for

This class is suitable for teenage girls who:

  • would like to feel stronger and more confident

  • may benefit from improving posture or movement

  • are involved in sports and want to support their performance

  • or are simply looking for a positive introduction to exercise

No previous experience is required.


A supportive environment

We understand that starting something new can feel daunting — both for teens and for parents.

Classes are kept small to ensure individual attention, and the atmosphere is calm, friendly and encouraging.

Many girls join with a little encouragement from a parent at the beginning, and quickly grow in confidence as they become more familiar with the movements and the environment.


Age guideline

This class is suitable for girls aged 16+, allowing us to create a comfortable and supportive environment where participants are at a similar stage of development.
