GOOD MOVE – Home Strength Series – Full Day Exercise Workshops for Women in Kilkenny

Come to Kilkenny this autumn for a full day of learning, movement, and connection. The Your Home Strength Series is designed to help you understand how to train safely and confidently at home—no gym needed.

Each workshop runs from 10am to 6pm and is limited to a small group for a more personal, focused experience. The morning covers theory to build your knowledge and confidence; after a lunch break, the afternoon is all about practical movement: mobilisation, warm-up, training techniques, and recovery. All participants receive a PDF booklet with notes, exercises, and resources from the day.

In the first half of the day, we’ll dive into:

  • How PCOS affects metabolism, energy, and recovery
  • The role of insulin sensitivity, stress, and inflammation in training
  • Why movement matters and how to exercise with your cycle
  • How to train without exhaustion, burnout, or frustration

You’ll get clear explanations, space for questions, and evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs.

💪 Afternoon: Move with Confidence

After a short lunch break, we’ll get moving—gently, joyfully, and with purpose. You’ll learn:

  • How to warm up and mobilise effectively
  • PCOS-friendly strength training you can do at home
  • How to modify and structure your own sessions
  • Core connection, breathing, and recovery tools

This is not a “bootcamp.” It’s an empowering, practical, and welcoming space for women who want long-term solutions and compassionate guidance.
