Pelvic Floor and Deep Core Restore for Postnatal Mums: Postnatal Core + Floor
Our Postnatal Core + Floor class is a gentle yet highly effective programme created to help mums restore strength, confidence, and connection with their bodies after pregnancy and birth. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum (with GP clearance) or several years down the line, this class provides a safe, supportive environment to focus on the foundations of recovery. We concentrate on regaining neuromuscular control over the deep core and pelvic floor. We place a strong emphasis on breathing techniques and how to reconnect the different components of your core. It’s all about establishing a solid base for the journey ahead. This kind of training is foundational and essential to postnatal recovery.
We work on:

Breathwork – to improve natural breathing patterns and support core engagement.

Deep core and pelvic floor activation – targeting the muscles most affected by pregnancy and childbirth.

Posture and alignment – easing tension, improving comfort, and supporting everyday movement.

Full-body awareness – helping you move with confidence and gradually prepare for higher-intensity exercise when you’re ready.
