Perfect for all fitness levels, this fun and energising 55-minute session is designed to support women at every stage of life, including menopause and beyond. Combining boxing techniques with cardio and strength exercises, this class is a fantastic way to stay active, build confidence, and relieve stress in a friendly and supportive space.

  • Start Date: January 7th/8th
  • Times: Tuesdays at 6:45 PM and Wednesdays at 9:15 AM

  • Second Term: February 27th–April 4th (7 weeks)
