The Mums and Babies Pilates programme provides the perfect opportunity to do just that while aiding postnatal recovery and enhancing the overall well-being of mothers. Suitable for moms 6 weeks after vaginal delivery and 10 weeks after C-section. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any postpartum exercise.

Gentle Mat-Based Sessions: These classes are designed to be gentle, ensuring you and your baby have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
