Don’t forget – you can choose from two different Mums & Babies programmes in our studio, all starting at 10:15 AM: Pilates on Fridays, and Functional Circuit Training on Tuesdays – and if you can’t make a session, you can join the other postnatal session to make up the missed class.

Led by a multi-certified postnatal specialist Pilates teacher, these sessions are suitable for mums 6 weeks after vaginal delivery and 10 weeks after a C-section. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any postpartum exercise.
