IRIE: The Workout Method Designed for Women
IRIE is an integrative workout method that combines strength, mobility, flexibility, and core-stability exercises, originally designed in 2016 specifically for women with endocrine conditions.
This evidence-based training method has garnered positive feedback from numerous satisfied clients, both online and in person. IRIE is designed to meet you where you are, starting from a beginner level with intensity that gradually increases week by week.
I believe that you are the ultimate expert on your own body. You know best whether you can perform an exercise and to what extent, as well as when it’s time for a rest. However, I’m here to support you every step of the way, making your training process as comfortable and effective as possible. I’ll help you interpret your body’s signals, guide you in tuning into your physical sensations, and assist you in adapting your movements accordingly. Additionally, I’ll instruct you on performing fundamental movements and integrating them seamlessly into your daily life.
IRIE is more than just a workout—it’s an intelligent approach to training for those who seek a deeper understanding of how their bodies function, rather than simply following rules and restrictions set by others.
IRIE is for:
- Building muscles that are not only stronger but also smarter
- Preventing low back pain
- Avoiding sport-related injuries
- Improving hormonal balance, even if you have PCOS, thyroid issues, are trying to conceive, or are going through menopause
- (Re)learning fundamental movement patterns that enhance your everyday mobility
- Improving your breathing pattern, core function, and pelvic floor health
- Learning to enjoy regular exercise
