60+ Pilates – Mat-Based Class for Older Adults
As we age, staying active and maintaining our physical well-being becomes increasingly essential. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our 60+ Pilates programme, designed specifically for older adults. Join us on Tuesdays or Fridays at 12:00 to enhance your mobility and core stability in a mat-based Pilates class that is tailored to the unique needs and goals of our more mature participants.
In our 60+ Pilates sessions, you’ll experience a gentle yet effective approach to improving flexibility, balance, and overall body strength.
