Antenatal Pilates

A 5-week programme on Tuesdays 5:30 PM

Specifically designed to support women at any stage of pregnancy, our class offers a safe and effective way to stay active and connected to your body during this special time.

Each session is led by a Prenatal specialist Pilates Teacher who provides gentle yet challenging exercises tailored to the unique needs of expectant mothers.

Please note that participation in our prenatal Pilates class requires clearance from your GP/OBGYN. For your peace of mind, please only proceed with purchasing the programme if you have obtained clearance from your healthcare provider. This ensures that you can fully enjoy the benefits of our Prenatal Pilates without any concerns about your well-being.
